When RD was asking for input for the match this year I was going to suggest that we have a seperate class for the 1894 rifles. I didnt think that they could compete against the 336 and 1895 rifles for accuracy. I'm now eating my words in front of everybody  Could I have a little ketchup with my crow please. I have spent a lot of time this year shooting mostly my 1894's, and there isnt a one of them that doesnt shoot. I just had not spent enough time in the past shooting them. I now feel guilty because I have been having so much fun with my 1894's that I have neglected shooting the canons :( At anyrate RD has got me out shooting at least once a week, when I pull the trigger this fall on a deer I have no doubt of the out the out come. Thank you Ranch Dog!!

Glad to hear it... You guys got me scrambling to catch up. Been loading for my 450 Marlin this afternoon and hope to get it shot out tomorrow afternoon.
Got my 444P by the backdoor, that durn Ranch Hog brought his friends and they are tearing the heck out of my place. Started on my yard the other night! Went for a walk up my driveway just before dark and a sow came out of my foodplots after me. I found out I can run just a bit faster than poor ole Ranch Dog and poor ole Ranch Dog can run just a little bit faster that a 250# sow! I saw my dad out of the corner of my eye sitting on the porch of his new home. He picked up his 30 carbine like he was going to shoot and that scared me more than anything! Unfortunately, the 444P was at the kitchen door! MikeG is coming to give me a hand tomorrow!

I hope Mike G has properly loaded that Triple-Four with the bullets I sent him! :D
Shoot straight gentlemen, and give us a great post-mortem report on the great Ranch Dog Hog Massacre! :)
God bless,

Yes and no. 290 LFNGCs are ready; it rained like you're about 5 minutes away from needing an ark in Texas, due to the hurricane in Mexico
Maybe next week!
