the remington spr22 45-70 side by side a good gun or not

No good for me. I have to have optics and that would be just wrong!

I got one coming in at Wally world in 06. Should be here the first couple of weeks in August. Hay Chief they will take a scope and I know that would be a shame on a double rifle.

I know I need this rifle like a hole in the head, but couldn't resist a double for that price. I should probably get the 45-70 as I have a bunch of guns in the 06 class. I just like the balistics better and the 06 with 220's would make a dandy 200 yard elk gun.

i think i am going to go with the 45-70 for moose and inland grizzly up here near fairbanks, also im a big fan of the double rifles and this one is priced within my range just wanted to hear others thaughts on the gun...thanks

Is there a pic somewhere? I checked the remington site and did not see it. If it is ready for optics I could be a customer. Especially if it comes in 444.
