I had one about a year ago but my friends son thought he needed it. I got my money out of it and picked up the same rifle in the prestige model. I like the wood better. It shot well though the trigger was a little rough but not hard to clean up and smooth out. They have a H-S Precision stock on them which in opinion is a little too thick in the wrist.

I have the CZ 527 Kevlar HS Precision stock. With a 4.5x14 and 2" stock extension, for me its the perfect varmint rifle.
Very accurate. It also has the palm swell that Sako uses. I like it.
Rays Sporting Goods in Dallas has them. They have a web site.
Just Google- www.rayssportinggoods.com

When you find one look at the stock length of pull. If you put it side by side a wood stocked 527 you will find it has a short stock. Why I don't know, but if your a big long armed fella it's not going to fit unless you do something to lengthen the pull.
I too am in the market for a 527 and looked at several at the Sportsman's Warehouse in Spokane Wa. I was suprised by the short stock. I'm a short little fella so it wouldn't bother me to much.
I'm going to get one in 204 Ruger as it's mainly going to be a squirrel rifle. I'm just waiting to collect the right amount of cash. I have a nice 8 by 32 target dot scope to go on it already.
