Gentlemen:
Remington has now listed a 20 gauge 18.5" vent rib remchoke barrel on their parts list. This would make a neat "woods loafing" and "truck gun" out of a Lwt 20 bore pump gun.

This is the same barrel offered on their "Jakes NWTF" youth gun with a 12" length of pull.

I bought my grandbaby an 870 youth pump at Wally world last year and it came with a 21 inch bbl with the remchoke. Got it for turkey hunting for her first year of hunting. I been using it for birds myself as it is so handy.

I bought an 870 Jr. Express Mag 20 ga. a couple years ago. It has the 18.5" remchoke barrel. The whole shotgun is barely longer than a yardstick. That little sucker is unbeleivably light and easy handling. Just perfect for throwing behind the pickup seat or taking on a canoe or a camping trip. I think it's about the perfect home defense gun, too.
The only thing I don't like about it is that the buttstock is a little too short. I plan to add a slip on recoil pad just to add an inch to the length of the buttstock.
