anyone know where i can get detailed inst on how to lighten the trigger pull on this puppy. i think it would break my trigger pull guage lol.thanks.

If you do a search there are a couple of threads on the matter. It's not anything super easy, like buying a kit, but it can be done.

I just received one of the new Legacy's about a month ago and had the same problem. Not only a tough pull, but gritty also. I dissasembled and cleaned the whole unit and that helped. I also removed the hammer bar and spring unit and polished up the hammer bar strut where the spring goes over it. That eliminated the gritty feeling and did make it a little smoother. The trigger pull is still very strong, so I have ordered the trigger spring pack from Wolff springs. It comes with one 13 pound and one 15 pound spring. Supposedly, the factory spring is around 18 pounds.
