 Hello Everyone

A friend of mine owns a sporting goods store and he is selling off some of his reloading equipment that he has had in inventory for over 5 years. I am new to reloading so I need your opinion. He has a RCBS Rockchucker Master reloading kit that has Timmer, 5-0-5 powder scale, case lube pad, shell holder, deburring tool, powder dispenser, funnel, manual and a couple other things. He is willing to sell this to me for $150 dollars. This is new in the box. This is an older kit, is it worth the money...is he giving me a good deal. I only plan on reloading 30-30 AI, 260,30-06,308,300 savage.

Yes, I'd snap it up in a New York minute!!

A fine deal that won't be found anywhere else!

That's about $100 less than they typically sell for, so it's a better deal than you will likely find anyplace else. You might also want to snap up a set of 30-30AI dies from Lee as I don't know if they are regular production or not.

You don't own it yet! If he has 2 of them I'll be happy to take the other one.

I just found out today that he also has a Hornady Lock-N-Load kit and is willing to sell it for the same price. Any suggestions.

Either set is a winner. The Hornady has the advantage in quickly changing dies. If you're not in a hurry, it isn't that much more important. Whichever one you decide on, you will be getting a very nice piece of equipment at an excellent price. :p
