Well here's my question do you think or have you heard if ruger with make there S/S hunter in a 475/480 hunter. I really would like to see it in a 5 shot cyl. with a bisley grip chambered for both the 475linebaugh/480 ruger. I think the cartridge is a great round but having it only in a SRH I think hurts it's sales. If the round was in a single action it would be much more popular as most people I know or read about would rather have the single action to hunt with.I'm going to keep my finger crossed on this one but if they ever do make it I'll be a firm buyer.

While Bill Ruger was alive, he said that a revolver was supposed to be a six-shooter, therefore Ruger never did make any of the five-shooter configurations of their single-action revolvers.

Mr. Ruger has passed away now, and it will be interesting to see if the company still abides by his viewpoint.
