I broke my 7 year old bullet puller. I felt I got my moneys worth out of it and was about to buy another one. A friend told me that it has a life time warrenty. I emailed RCBS and they told me that it did indeed have a life time warrenty and to just mail it back to them.
I sent it to them expecting it to take about a month to get the replacement. 10 days later I got in the mail a brand new puller. I live in Hawaii, and to get something that fast is almost impossible.
I guess RCBS customer service can do the impossible.

I've used RCBS for many years now and, not that I've needed it often, their customer service is first class. I will stick with RCBS if for no ther reason.

I've been with RCBS since before gunpowder was discovered . They have a no hassel lifetime warranty and are very fast shippers. The last time I called them, the fluid had evaporated in the ear cushions of my wife's hearing protectors. Not only did they replace the cushions, they included the oval rubber pads that fit in the cups. RCBS customer service is outstanding!

Yup - the extremely few times I've called with an equipment problem or for advice, have always found them to be more than helpful and prompt with free replacement items. Sure do like their support.

Same here... only needed their service once, and all of my stuff is RCBS... they sent it out in 3 days...

Amen and Amen, I have gotten parts for a case trimmer that had a frozen shaft and i got an extra primer tray for my hand primer cause I wanted an extra one, not cause it was broken, I just wanted a second one and they sent me one free any way
