I need some load data for .375win, 270gr hardcast gascheck bullet, using AA-1680. There aren't any recipes on loadswap of that weight or with that powder. Anyone use that combination or something close to it?

Brasso2, I use fireformed .30-30 brass(more capacity) WLRP and a healthy dose of AA1680. I'd start at 35 grs, and work up cautiously. I go as high as 39 grs. for about 2300 fps. My Marlin 375 has also been firelapped. This load safe in my gun, with those components ! Any variation, could, or would raise pressure. Hope this gets you started in the right direction. BTW, I use the RCBS 375 FNGC with water quenched WW which drop out around 270 grs, lubed with LBT blue. Jeff

Thanks. I was thinking, based off the Accurate data and the 220gr that you should be able to load it till the bullet touches the powder, whatever that is. 35grs sounds like a good place to start. That 2,300fps load of yours with a 270gr bullet puts that Winchester at the .375H&H table with the big dogs. Wow.
