I have an old 20X Super Target Spot scope with a broken recticle. Can anyone advise me as to where would be the best place to send it for repair? I want to get it fixed as it is on a rifle I plan on trading/selling and I figure it will bring me more if it's in proper shape. Thank you in advance for your help!

If you scroll down below this posting, you will find a section called "Similar Threads". Go to the thread called "Scope Repair" and you'll find a couple of places that repair scopes.

Parsons Scope Service (they have a web site). Parsons has purchased the parts and tooling from Lyman and can repair your Super Targetspot. If you were to contact Lyman about this, they would refer you to Parsons. Check out their site with any others and make your own choice.
