Super Target is just too fast burning for anything near a full snort .357 Magnum load. You could use .38 Special data for a reduced velocity load, preferably in .38 Special cases. The latest Winchester data I have shows 3.7 grains MAX for a standard load with a 158 grain SWC, and 3.9 grains MAX for a +P load.

And FWIW, the 1 in WST1, means nothing more than it is packed in a 1 lb. container. There is WST3 and WST8 too, same stuff.

As Jack says, it is just too fast for full power .357 which is why youdon't see much, if any, data.

Thanks for the info. am looking for a .357 silhouette load that will take a full sized ram at 200 m. problem is that the rifle doesnt seem to like the heavy stuff. (cast only) am using a 165gr cowboy bullet and a max charge of unique. it will take rams but not very well. a little breeze from wrong direction and they just stand there. lost a 10 in a row on the rams sunday using a 30-06 207gr cast and 20 gr of 4759. got 9 of em. one didnt go. so am i wastin my time on the .357?

I'd suggest switching to Alliant 2400 or one of the H110/W296 twins. Either should get you 200 fps more than Unique. I can't say if that's enough to knock down the rams.

Alliant data: http://recipes.alliantpowder.com/rg.taf?_function=pistolrevolver&step=1

Hodgdon H110 data:http://www.hodgdon.com/data/pistol/index.php

Take the velocity differences between the Alliant and Hodgdon data with a grain of salt, as they weren't shot in the same gun. As Hodgdon mentions, don't back off H110 loads. It's full snort or nothing. 2400 is more flexible.
