Looking to do some shooting with this pistol. Anybody here do any hunting with one of these? Mine is the 50 caliber. I've had this thing for a few years and have yet to shoot it.

Haven't done any hunting with the Scout Pistol.  I did play around with one in .50 caliber for a while though.  Picked one up used at a gun show in Seattle, WA when I had the gunshop.  Took it home and played with it for a couple of weeks before putting it back on the auction block.

It shot very well with a .490" RB, OxYoke patches lubed with Wonder Lube and 70g FFFg Goex Black Powder.  I used RWS caps and had a blast with it.   It would shoot better than I could hold it with the factory sights at 50 yards using this load.

Not much for hunting help, but sure was fun to play with at the time!
