Well, i got bored so I built this shotgun. But I just realized something. She will kick like a mule. Does anyone make recoil pads for this stock?

A friend of mine has the same stock(or similar) and with birdshot...nothing to it, on the other had, we threw a few slugs and Sabots threw it and oh yeah, those kick pritty good especially Winchester Supreme sabots....Nothing u cant handle if uve shot quite a bit of 12ga over the years, but u dont want to do it alot
I dont know if anyone makes a recoil pad for those but u could try getting those shirts that have a "built in" recoil pad...ive never used them, but my buddy says they work pritty well.
Or another idea...just dont use the stock....hipshoot it ;)

Lack of mass in the combat style stock, plus overall design makes "felt" recoil a problem. Recoil ain't gonna kill you, however, you might try having your forcing cone lengthened to 1&1/2 inches. I don't have concrete proof, except a couple of guns I altered, but felt recoil seems to be noticeably reduced, along with better patterns. here endeth the lesson.
