View Full Version : Is there a problem at Beartooth Bullets?

I placed an order online last month (16th) and haven't received it yet. I sent them an email last week but it has gone unanswered. I tried calling them but the phone just rings and rings. No answer.
I haven't been charged anything yet so no harm, no foul but it's troubling. Are they all out hunting?
Mr. Stanton is a very busy man at the moment. Hunting season is in full swing, he's trying to get the new house buttoned up for the winter and trying to fullfill a backlog of bullet orders.
Have a bit of patience - he'll get to your order as soon as he can. As the home page says, "A Bullet Well Worth Waiting For"!!

Thanks for the patience! After my medical issues throughout the month of September, and losing an entire month of production, I am behind a fair bit, but am rapidly catching up, being nearly back to full steam.
As for reaching me, I've been off to medical appointments very regularly, and often times lately my wife Gayle has to drive me to those appointments, and since we are family run, that leaves no-one to man the phones. Please bear with us, we are indeed alive and well, and bullets are shipping out of here pretty much daily!

Now this is down right scary. A manufacturer actually...having..............good....customer service? Dang. It is incredible!

Don't know what your medical problems were, but glad to hear you are getting better sir. I've no doubt you're putting in a yeoman's effort to crank out bullets, and you are in my prayers for a full and speedy recovery.

I did not realize that it was just you and your wife. I assumed from the quality of your website that it was a larger company.
I fully understand that your health takes priority!! Take your time and fill my order in the order that you received it.
