For all you pilots out there, here's a plane for sale...
Alyeska338,
Does this contribution mean you're back among us less adventureous folks....hope so....been worried you'd forget you're getting older on you last outing.

Alyeska,
I would have figgured an old sourdough would know better than to leave a PB&J stashed under the seat while parking on a sandbar.
Them bears have good noses...big claws too!
Nice to see you back. 8*)

That photo is downright sad, Ayleska, rather than humorous. Since I help run an airshow corporation, the damage propellors can do gives me cold sweats. Telling the newbies to think of props on the ramp as food processors with a few hundred horsepower seems to get the message across.

DOK,
Just made it back last night. *Really interesting time. *I'll have to collect my thoughts a bit after that outing.
Coldfingers,
I knew a guy in Wasilla that was bear hunting and left his plane tied down with his food stored inside. *He didn't get a bear that trip, but a bear tore his plane up pretty bad when he returned. *He said he thought the bear would've lost interest if he didn't just have his wings restored to original condition...fabric covering instead of aluminum.
Fireplug,
Ding, ding...You've got it right. *The way I heard the story behind this (hearsay) was a student pilot taxied in a little too close. *Pretty good can opener I reckon.
