Are Benelli and Stoeger mads by the same company? I have look at the website and they have Benelli, Stoeger, Franchi and Uberti links all together.

Also, does anyone know who owns the company and where are the guns made?

Stoeger manufactures nothing. They import and distribute Benellis, Franchis, Ubertis, et al.

When I requested a Benelli catalog, I got one for each of those you listed.

There are Benellis, Ubertis, etc. imported, marked, and marketed by Stoeger.

I believe that Beretta owns all of them, as well as Sako and their subsidary, and several more I can,t recall. They are still made by their original mfg.'s. Uberti was distributed by "Uberti USA", and now is imported by Stoeger. As said befor, stoeger is just an importer, and I would guess that belongs to Beretta as well.

Benelli is a Beretta's company !
Benelli was originally located in Urbino (Marche, Italy) but was buyed by Beretta in the 90's (if I'm not wrong). The Benelli factory still remain in Urbino but the ownership is Beretta (based in Gardone Valtrompia, Lombardy).
Also Beretta sells a semi-auto shotgun based on Benelli inertial system. The Benelli site is www.benelli.it.

Thankyou Max. I love my Beretta shotguns, and I bought my second Benelli about a year ago. Excellent quality, wellworth the money.
