Well as long as it's a gun-related name we'll have to allow that post :)

Just now found the post, kombi - congrats on the little big fella!
Does he have a red beard like his old man! :p
Will second MikeG's comments on the name - why not put .416 in front of it?

Ummm, no, not on your life!!
In fact the little Cadet is at Keith Hills in the ACT getting a scope rail and probably a trigger job. ;)
Besides, it'll be a good rifle for the boys to learn on......at least until they steal it off me. :(

Well, he was 4.74kg at birth so I guess that makes him a 474 Rigby. :D
I think the scale was wrong, it must be 10lb 9oz which equals 10.56 lbs 10.56mm= .416"
Congratulations on the new son!

Oh mate!!!!!!! Speaking from experiance ! It will be sooner than you think :( Young Evin already classes the .310 ,410 single ,.22 rem pump ,single 6 ,trapper 30-30 as his own ! & to make matters worse he has his eyes on my Blackhawks !
My advice ? Never let the boys look in ya safe!!!!!! :D :D
