Im looking for people who ahve bought one of the EAA or Spartan doule rifles and what they thought of them and if the actions are strong enough for heavy loads.

The Spartan website shows only factory pressures. None have been imported to the US yet. I doubt you'll be able to get alot more than factory specs to work and regulate right.
