Every time I fire my gun it dose not eject the spent shell.
I have tried everything to get it working right.
If there is anyone out there that has the same gun with the same problem and has fixed the problem please let me know what you did.

Did you get it fixed? If not, describe what it is doing. The gas operating system can get very dirty, causing the action to short-cycle. I notice this was not covered in the other thread.
I have one of these rifles, and have never experienced this, but was advised by a smith to keep the gas operating system clean to avoid this.
