Happy Thanksgiving (for our US members) from S Idaho! We currently have bare ground, all the early snow has melted here. Hoping for more soon. Unfortunately, had to get a store-bought turkey!

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Conducted a turkey shoot this morning (CSM nixed the idea of a live bird shoot). Had the troops fire one round of .300 win mag at a turkey target at 300m. Fun was had by all.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
The wife bought a turkey at the local meat market. It came in a box and on the outside it said - young hen turkey killed and dressed. I'm still puzzled because when we opened the box it was in its birthday suit. Someone forgot to dress it.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. I'm setting here at the computer looking out across the canyon. I can see a couple of deer in the next door yard. Local season ended on the 20th and they know they are safe anyway here in the small town where I live.
We've got friends coming to share a turkey and the stuff that goes with it.
Flashhole ours came the same way yours did.
This evening I'm going to drive over to Cavindish on the other side of the River and rattle a set of horns my hunting buddy loaned me. The season over there does not end til Dec 1st. I'm going to take the Granddaughters, the oldest (12) has got a deer tag and says she's ready. She is not so sure about cleaning her first deer though.
I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and God bless you all.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my pards on this forum and to all those who are overseas making sure that we can sleep safely. It has been a great year making new friends and sharing shooting experiences and because we live in America, there is a lot that we can be thankful for.
Ditto on the Thanksgiving wishes to all - no matter when you celebrate it!
Thankful for a healthy family and bountiful year. Grandson shared the deer stand this season and watched grandpa put the hammer down on a nice buck. That was a true blessing.
Hope everyone gets a full tummy and lots of visiting with friends/relatives.

Could not ask for more. 3 Below zero at 6 a.m with blizzard warning for us. Up to 3 feet of snow forecasted. Not going anywhere today. Life gets no better. God Bless Steve

Happy Thanksgiving to all here, and those abroad in harm's way. Wishing everyone serenity and happiness on this day we give thanks for the Blessings we recieve.
It's 70 degrees and sunny, not a cloud in the sky, light breeze and low humidity here on the West central coast of Florida, Tarpon Springs area. I'd still trade it for a frigid day in a treestand. ( Gotta get a hip replaced first... Ahh, well. )
