I have been looking to buy a new scope and I have been looking and I like the idea of the Ballistic Plex that Burris has.

Other than Burris and Leopuld does any other scope manufacturers have a system that is effective?

I also saw a Bushnell Banner on Midway and it has a bullet drop compensator but I have not been able to find any good information on this.

Does anyone have any experience with the Bushnell bullet drop compensator?

I don't need supreme quality for this rifle but I would like an accurate and easy system to shoot at varying ranges quickly.

I have two friends whom shoot the Burris with the ballistic plex reticle and both like it really well. It is easy to sight in and requires very little thinking to use it. (that is something I like).

There are several other systems on the market. I looked at one that had a bunch of circles and cross hairs in the reticle and got to say the least stuff you got to look thru the easier it is to use for me.

Some of the Springfield Armory scopes do. Also, I believe the Shepherd Scopes and Horus (sp ?) do.

I"ve recently seen the burris 2x7 ballistic plex from natchez for $176.oo.
This is the short mag model so it's light and short. Of course it would be on sale now as I just paid $ 259.00 a month ago.
