I've got an Aimpoint 9000 SC with 4 moa dot mounted on a Smith .500 and am very happy with it but now I want optics on a BFR .475 and the $329.00 sticker plus the cost of rings of another Aimpoint has me wondering about the Ultra Dot I've been reading about. At around $130.00 or so with rings included and a lifetime warranty it does seem appealing. Has anyone got one of these? How is the battery life and optical quality? Where is it made? China? :(

After all my bad experiences with trying to save money on optics I should have learned by now but a lot of people seem to speak well of these.
