I hope you guys don't get tired of looking at the pictures that I post. :rolleyes: This big fella was lazing around outside the mine office in early November while we were having a saftey training class. I got up to open a window and he was about 10 feet away. We have a small herd of deer that live around the shop and office complexes. I can't take credit for these pictures tho.

I got the living bejeezes scared out of me one night on swing shift about 9 p.m. when I went out to the ready line east of the shop to bring in a 777. I did a quick "walk around" and as I walked behind the truck I just about stepped on a doe and her 2 fawns :eek: . I don't know who was more scared me or the deer. They trotted off about 10 yards and looked at me like "You sure are a chicken" . It took about 10 minutes for my heart to slow back down to normal.

Never get tired of pics! That's a good healthy looking buck and has the beginnings of some nice trash on his rack!

Now, if that was at one of the mines I worked at in PA, there would have been a rifle barrel stuck out that window!
