One of the residents of a small town was about to celebrate her 100th birthday, so the local newspaper decided to run a story about her. They sent over a young reporter to do the interview. He knocked on the door and the lady showed him to a seat and they began talking. The reporter noticed a small bowl of peanuts on the table next to him, and he munched on them throughout the interview. At some point he realized he had eaten the whole bowl and felt quite embarrassed.
* * * * "I'm sorry, Mrs. Jones, but I'm afraid I've eaten this whole bowl of peanuts here!" the young man blurted out. "No problem, sonny" replied the lady. "I don't have any teeth anymore so I can't chew them up.
I just like to suck the chocolate off of them!"
