Big Bob called me awhile ago and said he had developed a new shooting position call "Tailgunning".....Oh Well.........! You would have to see Big Bob to really appreciate this story! He's about 6'2" and weighs all of about 170 pounds. he's a class act all the way and one of the finest shots I have ever seen. Well, to the story.....Seems, since the weather cleaned some today, he wanted to check an old field for turkey sign. You have to cross a couple hundred yards of waist high saw palmettos to get to the old field. He left Catfish Charlie in the truck. About half was across he walked right onto "MAMA" hog and a dozen or so pigs! Well you know what happened....Big Bob headed out with Mrs.Hog on his butt. Big Bob says you can run, skip, jump, and hop through palmettos while firing your .357 down behind you. No, he didn't killed the sow but has estaablished a new type of one handed on the move shooting form! Catfish Charlie was waiting at the truck and saw Big Bob clearing the palmettos and it looked like fire and smoke coming out of Bob's behind. Kinda shook Catfish up!
Oh, well.......Time to feed the bulldogs!
