Another question about the lee sizers.First, thanks to everyone answering my first question.
If the lee sizer kit is used to seat gas checks and size the bullet, when should the bullet be lubed? Before the gas check is seated or after the gas check is seated? If pan lubeing is used instead of tumble lube should the bullet be pan lubed after sizeing and seating a gas check?
Thanks Tom

A matter of personal preference, if you pan lube before sizing you have a lot of excess lube to clean up from the sizer(really messy) I size and set CG then put away until ready to load then pan lube, no problems with messy clean ups
When I size more than a few thousands i.e. from .458 to .453 I give them a light spritz of Hornady case lube, reduces effort to push through the die.(a big factor when doing 1000+ at a time) I store my cast in those styrofoam boxes from Midway properly labled, to eliminate damage due to handling in bulk till ready for lubing. I settled on this procedure several years ago . the boxes make for a neater more compact storage .

Either pan or tumble lube I would do after seating the GC, don't want any lube between it and the bullet base.
