I just purchased a mint (99+%) Winchester model 100, post 64, in caliber 308 Winchester.  After two shots, the groups exceed several inches.  I would appreciate any ideas on how to improve accuracy?  Jody-b

Believe it or not, mine did the same thing B4 the recall. [for info go to mod 100 in rifle thread]
 since the new pin, mine hold tight groups, one group i covered with a quarter.

Definitely check out the Model 100 thread on the Rifle section. *If this recall has not been performed on your rifle, it could be very dangerous.
