I want to adjust the trigger pull on my Remington Model 7. Which of the three screws on the trigger assembly controls weight of pull?

Hi, Herb:
   Welcome to the Forum!

   The bottom front screw adjusts the weight of pull.  I'd advise reading this article before touching it.
