ANY IDEAS ,SOMEONE GAVE ME A SET OF WEAVER RINGS THEY ARE SILVER OR STAINLESS IN COLOR.LIKE TO CHANGE BACK TO BLACK IN COLOR.REALLY DON'T WANT TO PAINT THEM WITH PAINT THAT WILL CHIP.ANY IDEAS ?

You could try one of those Baking Laquers for more durability but the can will probably cost you half or more than the rings are worth.

Could also try a good engine spray enamel.

A good set of the Bushnell extruded rings are about 10 bucks or less if you want black ones at a reasonable price.
