I have the Stevens Model 58 that my Dad bought for me when I was about 11 (1971)-it's a bolt action .410 with a 3-shot clip. I sure put a lot of grouse on the table with that gun! The problem is I lost the clip and I looked everywhere for it! It really had me upset & every time I walked past my gun cabinet I always noticed the empty spot where the clip should have been.
So anyway now the good news: I found a website that has parts for practically every gun ever made and ordered up a new clip! It only cost half what my Dad paid for the gun new, so it's on the way.
The website: http://www.e-gunparts.com/dept.asp
The Company: Numrich Gun Parts, Corp
(I don't have stock in the company or any ties to it, just glad I found the part my old .410 needed).
More parts suppliers:
http://www.shotgunworld.com/parts.html
Anyone else have similar stories? Additional sources for parts that other gun owners may have thought impossible to replace?
