I have one and it is awsome for droping North Carolinas 150-200# deer. The Hdy 180 PSPP @ 2000+ is possable. BUT the fireing pin catches the devil, replaced 2 allready, Blue Dot and small rifle primers. 4227 is good too. You hit a deer with a Hdy 180 going 18-1900 under normal hunting conditions, he will take the shortest route to the ground.
The factory Remington loads of a 158 SJHP some times split the brass. I don't know why. But they are more for small stuff any way. I do know where you can get factory ammo for the max, about a dollar a round. I just go with my Hdy load and it will do anything a factory 35 Remington can and more.
