Folks,
Many years ago, I had a very nice 2-groove Enfield from WWII and sold it to my older brother. I told him if he ever wanted to sell it, contact me first. He sold it to whoever. I just found another one at a very decent price. I pick it up tomorrow. All the best...

Gil: good lapping candidate as the bores are usully a bit rough (were in a bit of a hurry in 1942), but the bite a 2 groove can give to a lead bullet will make bullet stripping (from high vel.) pretty hard to do. Will lead from roughness (unless you lap) or lack of lubrication, but will take a lot of vel. before the barrel loses it's bite.
