Its been a work in progress for over half a year now, but my Dad finished building me a 8x57 and I figured some of yall might like to see it.
Its built on a Yugo m48 action
24" Douglass Premium XX barrel
Boyd's laminate stock
glass bedded
free floated barrel
trigger is just a hair over 2lbs and crisp!

Nice. I have seen some impressive ballistic numbers from optimally loaded 8x57s used in modern rifles. Nothing like the dumbed factory loads you can buy. What type of load do you intend to use?
