I want to make some reduced subsonic loads for my 22-250
Would the .225 be the correct size?


Certainly would be my pick of diameters.

Usuaully go for .225" (or whatever the as-cast diameter is) for lite loads...finding at lower pressures a little too big beats the devil out of a little too small.

In my books they show the .225 as the correct size for cast for the 22-250.
