I might offer a couple of suggestions from having built several reloading benches over the years. Most of us ever have all the space we need. With that in mind, several of your smaller tools, like case trimmers, priming tools, bevellers and the like can be mounted on a 1/4" piece of wood with felt pads to prevent tipping. When no longer required they can simply be moved out of the way. I also hve my presses mounted this way. The tools are held in place with the venerable C-clamp. Just a suggestion. Best wishes.
