If anyone would be so kind as to provide me with Barnes X-Bullet data for IMR 4350 in thier .375 H&H?.

I have data for 78.5gr of IMR 4350 (compressed) for a 270gr Jacketed spitzer flat base, but I'm loading some 270gr Triple Shocks, and I'd like to get a comparison before I go any further.

Barnes has stated you can use the same data for the TSX bullets as with the X bullet. Actually, there's a bit less friction with the TSX as compared to the X. Would recommend you start 5% below their recommended X bullet loading and work up in increments, being aware of the .050" standoff from the lands with Barnes bullets.

Now I see the probblem...
There was no .270gr Barnes-X bullet. (At least not listed as current product on the website)

Any suggestions??

Looks like there are several loads, but no IMR 4350 loads.

Thanks a bunch Osok. Great information. I went to the two powder sources for RL-15 and both places didn;t have any. So, I guess I'll just try to stay with the 4895 until I run out. Either that or try to get with a few of my friends to absorb the haz shipping fee and order some by mail.

I guess that's the tough part about reloading. Once I find the right load, you better have a supply of powder :o

That's why I always try to have two different loads for each gun.

You may want to make sure the POWDER you purchase is ALL out of the SAME LOT Number as well.
