I, not sure if this was the right place to post this, but here it goes; in the add for the Beartooth Keith bullet, it says faithfully reproduced for predictable performance. My question is how hard is this bullet cast to. Is it cast soft enough to upset upon firing? Or is it in the 20-22 BHN range, full power loads only.

All BTB cast bullets are BHN 21. They'll take it. :D

Indeed all BTB's are shipped at BHN 21 on standard orders. Too, all bullets we offer may be requested at a BHN 11 for those who prefer a softer bullet for various reasons. The alloy is the same, the difference is that the softer bullets are not heat-treated.
Keep in mind however, that the soft BHN 11 bullets are NOT a stocked item and are strictly a custom order and will require a fair bit of lead-time before shipment in all cases.
God bless,

Thanks for the replies. I have been looking for a cast bullet that is a bit softer for lower pressure loads. I have used your 280 grn WFN with good success in the past, full power hunting loads. But for in-formal target practice and plinking I don't want to use up all those 280's.
