What are the average gun shop prices running on this rifle now??????

Where/who is a good on-line supplier of ammo, 44mag ?

Recent auctions for New-In-Box versions of this gun have gone for $730-875 with $750-$760 being the most common. On-line purchases of ammo is a bad idea because of the extra shipping costs for the Hazardous Material handling fees. The fees will be more than the ammunition. Any WalMart will carry 44 Magnum ammunition.

They don't make them anymore. Prices have gone up based on lack of availability.

GOTCHA! Did not know that. I've got a 336 now, and I was looking for something a little different, but another 30-30 will do, then with my Winchester NRA Centennial Model, the gun safe will be nearing capacity...
