I have a buddy that is having a problem with his 12ga. red label, the bottom barrel, which he uses the most, won't reliably eject the shell, it will slide up around the extractor, leaving the extractor up and the hull down. It seems to have more play than the top barrel. The prefix on the s/n is 410 and i can't find an extractor for that works in those guns, any suggestions

Send it back to Ruger. They should be able to fix and get it back to him fairly quickly.

Ditto on the return. Ruger has the most responsive customer service of any large gun maker. I sent them a Redhawk with and accuracy complaint, and had it back in under a month with custom cylinder reaming having been done. Took it from a 6" at 25 yards gun to a 1" inch at 25 yards gun.
