Newbie here

Hello all! I have recently aquired a cap and ball revovler, but I can not track down the actual manufacturer. It was imported by Armsport Inc in Miami FL, they are no longer in business so I had no luck contacting them. Barrel markings include:
Model 5120 CAL. 44
ARMSPORT INC.-MIAMI-FLA.
FOR BALCK POWDER ONLY-MADE IN ITALY-36
There are also some symblols on the barrel, frame and cylinder.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer is?
Any help would be great!
Thanks in advance
Mike

Could be Armi San Marco (ASM), Pietta, Uberti or EIG.

EIG guns will have a stylized EIG in a circle on the bottom of the butt. The others should be marked on the barrel, sometimes under the loading lever, identifying the actual maker. The Uberti may have just a script A.U. for Aldo Uberti.

All but EIG are still in business being imported by various distributors.

Thanks, under the loading lever was one place I didn't look.
No EIG on the butt. Bottom side of the barrel has:
A series of "overlapping" cirles like an Audi logo squished
The number 57
A set of letters in a cirlce, would guess D followed by a G over a G. Not positive, its the best I can make out.
