Hi
I had a friend give me a Pacific Model 300 professional shotshell reloader. I dont know much about this reloader. Do any of you fellow reloaders ever encounter this reloader? Are there still parts and a manual available? I went to the hornady website and couldnt find a version of this reloader. Any and all help would be greatly apprediated.

Thank You
Bill

pennell,

What you have there is one of the mid-range price presses of that time. I have not seen one in use for 20 yrs. Can't help you, other than this pic.http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k114/Rowdy_444/Pacific-300.jpg

I know of them and have a buddy that used one and it seemed to work fine. I doubt there are any replacement parts around, but if it works,, have at it. I haven't seen much about them in years. I have a Pacific press for centerfires and it works fine. A lot of the old companies either were bought up by others or simply died out.

Welcome.... Hornady bought Pacific, yes. If you need help with it, I'd start by contacting Hornady directly over the phone and ask if they have any old manuals. If not, try searching e-bay or the gun auction sites.

Best of luck. My dad has an old Pacific shotshell reloader (not sure what model) and it's still ticking after all of these years.
