I got it last Christmas. I actually won it in a store raffle. I really like this rifle though I'm not a fan of litigated safeties, The rifle is solid, very well made and accurate. I'm embarrassed to admit I took it to the range, came to terms wit the fact the preceeding round blocks the loading gate making reloading rather challenging until you empty the magazine then proceeded to squeeze the trigger to no report...**** remove the safety and squeeze the lever..now it works...Who's idea was this?! Rifle is still very nice now that I know how to make it work...no stress..no stress

Sheesh, I talking to myself again. I still really like levers though I'd never haul one into a firefight. Thanks for all the replies and sharing your personal experiences...this forum makes me feel so soft and fuzzy all over. adios fellow patriots

I recently read on some site(?) Japan may start producing the 94. I'm a marlin man but, 94 fans may be interested. Does anyone have ANY information on this??True? False? Whatever??
