Recommendations for a gunsmith who can bore/sleeve an H&R Model 700 barrel chambered for the 22 WMR.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you looking for someone whom can reline the existing barrel?
Brownlell's has the drill, chamber reamer and instructions. That's not a very hard job and the liner can just be epoxied in.

I wouldn't even mess with lining unless it's profile not easily replaced. I'd go with a new Douglas and be done, little extra cost for a lot more quality.

I've put liners in a pile of 22's and they work exceptionally well and are much less expensive then doing a new barrel. Liners properly installed and chambered are as accurate as any new barrel I've installed on a 22 lr.
These work exceptionally well on rifles that have to have extensive work on a barrel to rebarrel such as some of the lever action and older pump rifles.
If you have a modern rifle that is still in production you also might consider talking to the maker about having a stock barrel replaced. Lots of time the factory can do it for far less than an independent gunsmith.
