Swung by the Kittery Trading Post in Maine yesterday while returning from an unsuccessful bear hunt and they had a very clean used 94 Carbine (20") 7-30 Waters on the rack if anybody is looking for one. It had a 2-7 Leupold and the price was $6-something (can't remember if it was $650 or $699). Anyway it was clean if anybody is interested. I've got one of the 24" XTR's in Waters so don't need another one but would have bought it otherwise.
