it was inevitable, something was gonna get him sooner or later.
Sounds like it was pretty quick and he went while doing what he loved to do. I guess that makes it a good death, if there is such a thing.
My condolences to his family.

hey boys,
i agree, a good death in doing what he loved. pretty tough for terry and the kids with the circus that is the media.
i had a lot of respect for the guy, he was just so genuine and entusiastic which, if you ask me, is pretty rare these days.

It's very sad.
I saw snippets of today's memorial service.
His 8 yr old daughter got up and did a short speech.
Whatever you think of the guy no one deserves to lose their dad like that.
Germaine Greer should get a swift, hard kick up the rear with a steel cap for her comments.
