Was on the back of a pickup in my town. It said:
"Guns don't kill people, drivers on cell phones kill people"
I thought it was funny :-)

Sad fact of life actually.
I've had several close ones on my M/C, some of them even left teeth marks in the sadle.

I can sure understand that one. Had a guy pull out in front of me last week, speed limit was 65 and I was going it. Couldn't get in the left land and ended up skidding to keep from running into the fool on the phone. I don't often do things, but did give him my assesment of his IQ when I passed him.
I thought for sure I was going to end up eating his bumper. Some things ought to be illegal.

In some states it is illegal to talk on the phone while driving, but that doesn't seem to stop some idiots.
I drive a 40' Motorhome, and usully tow a small car behind. Well while in the Dallas/Fort Worth area I've had some idiot come from the far left lane acrost three lanes of traffic to make an exit right in front of me, (Nightmare City!) Now when I go there I usually end up driving in the far left lane most of the time.
Traffic is so gridlocked in that area, can't understand how someone could get from the far inside to the far outside lane, Lee! :D

By burning My brakes, a Semi's and a P/Ups. We were just lucky it wasn't during rush hour and that no one was behind us. Hate driving down there, but what are you going to do when the wife wants to visit with the Grand kids? If I had been in the Pick up, I think I would have had some puccker power, as he was between me and the Semi.

Here in Australia, it is illegal to talk on a hand-held mobile phone, hands-free is OK though.
If you get caught, you'll receive a $250-00 fine and 3 demerit points.
Still amazing how many idiots talk and drive though, notice they always slow down about 10 kmph when on the phone?

I pulled up to an intersection once, on an afternoon with almost no traffic (after having just left my gun dealer's store, as a matter of fact). A car in front of me had just pulled up to the intersection, and was dithering about, apparently trying to decide which way to go. On the back of this car was a bumper sticker that read, "Hang up and Drive!" This took long enough that I had time to think how ironic it would be if the driver was being absent-minded because she was on the phone. Sure enough, when she finally moved and turned, I could see that she was indeed on the phone.
I heard on the radio the other day that cell phone drivers are statistically more dangerous than drunk drivers.
What amazes me (and, my daughters are big offenders) is how women can grab the cell phone and start talking even when backing out of the dirve! Then, carry on a conversation for miles until they get where they are going. Just what in blazes is so critically important they have to discuss that can't wait until they are off the road?
The middle daughter will call her Mom and chatter all the way to work over really nothing. This happens every work day, and I know the expressway traffic she drives in is very heavy those times of day.
