Anyone know if they are still building the four and eight bore front stuffin' rifles ?? I know they did three or four years ago .. Website says check back and all they have is other manufacturers stuff ... Someone else said they were no longer in the manufacturing end of it .. But didnt know that to be certain .. They wont answer my emails , and I wont call them ..

FYI...the original owners of October Country (John & Linda) sold the business one year ago.....ironically the new owner's name is also John, but the place doesn't seem to be the same.

It seems to be sliding into being just another run of the mill place that carries exactly the same minimal basic set of things most every other ML supply house carries...and from the price of the big bore, it almost seems like they're saying they DON'T want any orders for them.

I wasnt aware of that tc , thanks .. I dealt with them in the past , and seemed quite friendly and knowledgable .. I figured something was up when they didnt reply in a timely manner with the emails ..

I'm like you , for 5 g's they dont wanna take many orders .. I know its pricey , but not that pricey .. If you can get a quality 75 cal under a grand or there abouts , why would a .835 be so much more ??
