My brother tried to bed his ruger M77 and got glass in the front hole on the action. Anybody know the tap size to clean it out? Thanks

Don't know for sure, but if you take the screw to anyplace that sells taps they'll probably be able to fix you up with the right one. You may need two taps, a standard one and a bottoming one.
