I had never heard the receiver had an alignment problem. This is very timely because my Ashley Ghost Ring set arrives tomorrow. I hope the 1894 does not have the problem like the 336 but if it does I know what to do. I like the way the thing points now. I hope I can adapt.

Not a bad idea,Ihave been using the Bear Guard slip on comb on a couple of my rifles they have the different size pads to adjust with ,this looks like it will do the same and a little cheaper to boot
