Welcome to the forum chris 782. I'd guess your problem is the seater plug is still pushing the shells down as you crimp them.

Easy way to tell is screw the seater plug down a ways and seat the bullet without a crimp to the depth you want them.

Screw the seater plug out and start screwing in the die til you get the crimp you want without the bullet seater contacting the bullet. You should find that your cases are not coming out wrinkled.

Alliant's website is still down. Their manual shows a max load of Green Dot of 21.0 grains with 1 1/8 oz. shot. I assume you're under that?

The first thing I'd check is the lever that operates the primer feed. It runs across the back of the loader and the left end rests on top of the crimp die. If it's bent forward too much the locknut on the crimp punch will hit it and force the crimp die down too much. It's easy to see if you get your head around to the back on the left side and run the crimper down on a shell. Adjusting the crimp cam won't fix this problem. Bend the lever back until it clears the nut. This drove me nuts until I figured it out.

Next, which Winchester AA shell? Some of the newer ones have a separate base wad that the RXP12 and most other wads will hang on. The separate base wad is white on the shells I've seen. Most people advise chucking them in the garbage.

Run enough wad pressure to move the wad pressure indicator. I haven't loaded AA's with the RXP12, but I don't think you should need more than just enough pressure to move the indicator. That works with Remington shells.

Move the crimp cam up as far as it will go and try it there, then work down until you get a good crimp. If you don't have a manual for your Sizemaster, get it here.

I just got the latest Winchester reloading book (from Hodgdon). Evidently others are having the same problem.

Their remedy for a "wrinkle" when loading: First, lower the crimp starter. When a shell comes out of that station, the eraser end of a pencil shouldn't fit past the started crimp. If that doesn't work, increase the wad pressure up to 45 pounds.

Personally, I'd try increasing the wad pressure first, especially since you're using Green Dot. That's a fairly bulky powder that compresses quite a lot.
